Cell is a major antagonist from the Dragon Ball Z anime and manga series.
He is an artificial life form created by Dr. Gero of the Red Ribbon Army. Cell's creation involved gathering cells from several of the universe's strongest fighters, including Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza, and King Cold. Dr. Gero's computer then synthesized these cells to create the perfect warrior.
Cell has several forms, each one more powerful than the last. He achieves his "Perfect Form" by absorbing Androids 17 and 18. In this form, he possesses immense power and speed.
Cell first appears in *Dragon Ball Z* in the Imperfect Form in episode WM6182 (Japanese Dub). He is driven to eliminate Goku and take over the world.
